new Key Club,
Gateway Preparatory Academy,
(34 members strong) held its chartering ceremony on
March 23, 2012. Walt Roetter,
Kiwanis International Regional Advisor for Key Clubs,
installed the officers and charged the new Key Club
members to strive to make their club one of the best in
the area.

neighbors hopped on two busses bound for the port of Galveston, TX.
After
a stop mid-way for coffee, we arrived and boarded Royal Caribbean’s
Mariner of the Seas, which has
the capacity to carry 3,114 passengers and 1,185 crew members....More

Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaing in Sun City
Georgotown, TX
Generous Sun City residents donated $11,736 to the
Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign during the
holiday season.
The monies are used to provide holiday meals and lodging as well
as toys for the children of impoverished families.
